On-line interviewing now accounts for almost one-third of survey research worldwide, a share that continues to grow. A great advantage of this approach is the ability it provides to businesses in all market sectors to talk directly and regularly to customers and prospects in a cost-effective way.
Another advantage is speed. In the fast-changing media, content and technology sectors in particular, companies need to stay on top of consumer thinking and attitudes so they can respond quickly to changing needs.
