Innovation in Media Research

MediaCell - a passive audience measurement device carried on mobile phones, which Ipsos was the first to use in carrying out such research.

 

 

Quiz Card - an innovative complementary marketing research application enabling the real-time collection of information on behaviour and preferences.

 

Brand Watch - tool dedicated to tracking all important blogs, forums, news and social media sites several times a day for mentions of your organisation, product or brand.

 

Eye-tracking – analysis of eyeball movements, useful in effectiveness and usefulness surveys, in tests of visual attractiveness and involvement, and attention studies.

 

Maven -  measuring social network, content usage network.

 

 

Traffic camera - an electronic gauge of consumer traffic using video cameras, thus providing exceptionally precise high quality data. This is used for example to measure users of media in shopping centres.

 

Product Placement survey - Identify the visitors of the malls (traffic camera), follow up their routes in the malls (RTLS  - Real Time Location System or ordinary methods, determine the effects on attention of the place of the certain product on the shelf (eye tracking or eye camera).
