The quality of studies conducted is verified by the Quality Control Department.
- All questionnaires are controlled in terms of their consistency with the sample selection criteria, completeness of data and coherence of responses.
- At least 10% of each sample is controlled by repeat contacts with the respondents, by means of telephone interviews or in-person visits by the controller.
- Depending on need, we also use other forms of verification: control by post, individual analysis of questionnaire responses, etc.
At the client's request, the Quality Control Department will prepare a report on the control conducted on a study.
Unreliable or dishonest interviewers are unconditionally eliminated from our network.
