Trends in Poles' nutritional habits. 2011 Edition

Are Poles’ eating habits changing? Are they paying attention to what they eat? What do they think of their health and weight? What do Poles understand by healthy nutrition?  Answers to these and other questions will be provided by the report “Trends in Poles’ nutritional habits. 2011 Edition”.

The goal of this report is to analyse the changes occurring in nutritional habits among adults and children, and in the perception of one’s own health and weight.

Issues embraced in the report “Trends in Poles’ nutritional habits. 2011 Edition” will include the following: health, perception of one’s own weight, weight control, nutritional habits, children’s nutrition and health.
The new report will contain the findings for 2011 plus data from previous surveys conducted in the years 2005 – 2010.

The report will also include a consumer segmentation based on the criteria of shopping for food, making meals, and attitude towards health and nutrition. The analysis of each segment is presented together with a consumer profile.

The survey  will be conducted in July 2011 on a representative nationwide Polish sample of N=800, with respondents aged 15 and over. The questionnaire-based interviews is carried out using the face-to-face method and CAPI technology (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing, the interviews conducted using a laptop).
